Hi, my name is Fox Herman and I live in the United Arab Emirates. I work with Boultwood + Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant, supporting construction and commercial projects across the region. My interest in Dispute avoidance grew through understanding how early planning, clear communication, and sound commercial advice help reduce project risks and prevent unnecessary conflicts. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and helping teams make informed decisions throughout the project lifecycle. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects.
